Re: *MADE* at Home Depot
Who was the instigator?
I have no sense of humor and would not recognize a joke if I banged my shin on it.

Re: *MADE* at Home Depot
I have no idea what you are talking about.
I long ago became accustomed to women losing control at the sight of my handsome face and manly physique. I have worn out several sticks. It's old hat.

Re: *MADE* at Home Depot
IMHO, you're giving crooks and the general populace too much credit.
Probably half of robbers are functionally illiterate. They want to get in, grab the loot, and get out, not figure out which customer may be armed based on the insignias on their clothing.
I have never heard of someone being attacked that way.
The average person is utterly oblivious. I know when someone has scanned my range cap. I can see where they are focusing (unless they are wearing sunglasses). Exactly once, in a grocery store, a woman looked at me that way and got a surprised expression on her face. She did not react any other way.

Re: *MADE* at Home Depot
Plain caps seem to go in and out of style. I bought a couple several years ago, but they got too worn to be respectable. Now all I see are logo caps and silly phrases that I don't want any part of ("I'm only here for the beer" and junk like that.)

Re: *MADE* at Home Depot
I wish I could find caps with no logo. I don't want to pay money to advertise something. They can pay me to advertise it.
Probably I could get a cap made somewhere like cafepress that said, "This space for rent," but I'm too lazy.

Re: *MADE* at Home Depot
You need to wear a Beretta cap. Then they won't know you're carrying a Glock. Sneaky, huh?
I wear a cap with the name of a local range on it. It has never led to anyone asking probing questions. Maybe twice in several years, people have asked me where the range is.
