These rights were not forfeited all at once, and I do not expect them to be reinstated all at once. I do intend to push for reinstatement in steps, all of the way to the protection stated in our constitution.

Not that many of them would handle it well in reality, but it is their job to educate young folks in good citizenship.
I do not believe citizens should have to pay to exercise constitutionaly-protected rights. Therefore, if somebody's fear is lack of education, then I will say we already have institutions to provide that.

Eddie Eagle is perfect for classrooms.
Hands-off safety for the youngest, progressing to hands-on safety and marksmanship. You could do this with airguns and cardboard backstops in a gym - cost would be minuscule compared to many other things they do while claiming it’s important.

If education is a concern, then it should be addressed in public schools.
Not that many of them would handle it well in reality, but it is their job to educate young folks in good citizenship.
