Great gun for times carrying something larger is not practical! It's carried once a week! I guess if I now have problems I'll know what needs done.

Very liberal use of the explanation point. Reminds me of this:

Re: Taurus 738 TCP Problems FYI

I have one of these little guns. When I first got it, it had the same problem of failing to lock the slide back after the last round. I also had consistent FTE's that were very frustrating, and occasionally, the slide would lock back when there was one round left in the magazine.
I sent the gun in to Taurus and received it back within two months.

I discovered that the FTEs were caused by a particular type of ammunition, WWB in the 100 round box. The 50 round is made by somebody else strangely enough. The brass on that particular ammunition seemed to be thinner and would expand more causing it to stick in the chamber.

Since receiving it back, I have had zero issues through about 800 rounds except for that 100 round box of WWB.
I now use that brand only for practice of FTF/FTE drills.

I trust this gun enough to carry now, but I almost never carry it anyway just because of its caliber and capacity. Very rarely do I need a gun this small. But, every now and then it comes in handy which is why I have not sold it.
