I use one of their single mag holders. I will only use their's from now on due to the good quality at the best price. Tha same I use in most other brands would cost twice as much. No benefit to me, just more $ spent.

I've seen a few around SA that are inside behind the counter on the wall where the menu is. They are printed on a 8.5 X 11 paper. Wrong place, wrong size. Works for me.
