Personally, I find that very inappropriate and would not go to a gun range that sold them and shoot there. It is just another way to make the gun owners/CHL holders look like a bunch of vigilantes that are out for blood.

It certainly doesn't help close this issue at all, but some range owners there see it as an opportunity for free press, and it has increased business by giving frustrated gun owners a way to vent. I wouldn't have this kind of stuff if I had a gun range. Then again, I wouldn't carry zombie or Osama bin Laden targets either.

And now the inevitable backlash the other way. Apparently, these are becoming popular with gun ranges in Florida. There's supposed to have been a couple of TV news channels reporting on this now. I'll post the links when I can find them.

Interesting investigation, if this turns out to be true: Apparently the legal (and PR) team for Trayvon have taken massive steps to manipulate evidence related to Trayvon's phone call to his girlfriend and her behavior leading up to and beyond Trayvon's death.

As much as the media has offended me in this event, and as much as others have postured-on and amplified the media's lies, THIS will forever stand as an example of what not to do.

I also think this underscores the value of the Texas CHL training. I know folks rail at the costs to take the course, but the course emphasizes de-escalation and appropriate non-lethal defensive approaches. Florida's CCW certification doesn't.

I agree, but what's confusing is his own lawyers said they can't find him. What the heck is going on in this case? This has been a cultural circus ever since NBC "accidentally" edited those tapes.

Double yes. There's no doubt this is a GJ case, and the evidence suggests a premeditation to aggressive conduct (although if they push this as a murder case, they're gong to have a hard time with it)
