I'm not "hinting" that someone is "out to get" us. I'm simply stating that criminals do get emboldened with each successful hit. Although I personally think it unwise to pull a Joe Horn when people are simply milling about your neighbor's property, I disagree with your statement. Crime committed at your neighbor's house affects you.
