Never mind. I'm no longer interested in the Sig. Hope your interested party comes through for you.

Re: Who owns what? AK vs AR
My AK is a SBR made from a Draco with a side folder. My AR lets me change the upper for different situations. At present I can go from 5.56 to 6.8spc to .338 Spectre in a matter of seconds. For HD no one will convince me that my 12ga is not the best answer. Now, a bullpup .308 sounds like a good ide...

Used one as a range toy a couple of times. Ran good. Sure is surprise when the bolt locks open after a hundred rounds.

Re: .338 Lapua
Savage makes a .338L that won't break the bank. The model is 110 BA. It is in their Law Enforcment series but they do not have any restrictions about selling to civillians. MSRP is $2267.00, street price a little less.

5"11, 245#, Dunlap disease in full force. I'm going to be the odd man out it appears. I carry a Commander in and SOB holster, been that way for almost 6 years. Works well for everything except sitting.

Re: aggressive panhandler (long)
OK. I am disabled, walk with a cane, can’t run and can’t fight. I have a good idea what I would do if this guy popped out and laid a hand on me. I would like to know what others think I should do. Learn to use the cane as a short staff/riot baton. I'm not making fun, I also walk with a cane. I am a...

Re: Cleaning an heirloom 1911
If he takes it to ANY of the big box stores he runs the chance of having "part-time teenager" clean his gun and ruin the value. Have him find a competent 'smith and pay the extra, it will cost less in the end.

Re: It's In! LMT CQB MRB Piston AR
Get the light. I have the 9v model (don't remember the number) good tough light, solid mount, GREAT deal for that price. Depending on how you view weapon lights it is either a pro or a con to get one that is "married" to the rifle... for me it is a pro as i am hard on my toys and the ones ...

Re: NFA Trust help - or other route
From I can glean it's a $200 tax stamp for every NFA item, so the 10.5" HK 416 I want with select fire and a can will run $600 in taxes. $400. A machinegun is a machine gun no matter what length the barrel. SBR only applies to Title 1 guns. Also is it possible for me to purchase NFA type stuff...
