Although I have a Hilton HHonors membership, I've only stayed in an HHonors place for 7 or 8 nights in the last year. If this discussion was about Wyndham -- where I have about 180 nights in the last year -- you can bet that I'd be making my voice known there.

I'm a Diamond member also. I haven't seen any signs posted at mine. But if I start seeing them I will be letting them know I can stay anywhere I want and they can find another sucker to fill the rooms for those 70 nights they loose.
