Renewal at the last minute
Okay, so I procrastinated and it's all on me. But I have a question and wondering if anyone has an answer. My CHL expired last year April 1. So my one year grace period is up this Friday. If I go online and renew it today will that count for something or would I also need the CHL 100 form submitted ...

FWIW I did receive a response from the ATF eventually and even though they are not allowed to give legal rulings or advice, they expressed their opinion that it was illegal because of the Code of Federal Regulations, USC notwithstanding.
