As we have been told... this and the other restrictions were added to get enough support to pass the law we do have.

Reality is, law breakers do not care about signs, and are not stopped by lawful restrictions.

Wait a minute, rodeos are off limits per statutes? How so? Or is there another factor I'm missing?
PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboy Assoc.) If they are getting paid for their sport, then it's a professional sporting event.
Pre stated, Im not trying to be a smartelec...but I’ve been wondering… if “Professional Sporting Events” are off limits…. What is the statutory or legal definition of a Professional Sporting Event?

Is there a list of Pro Sporting Events in the TPC or ADMIN code? Or a definition of "sporting event" in the same?

There are many things people group together and get paid to do I would not consider a sport.. A Rodeo is one of them.. :smilelol5: "Pro Wrestling" (UNITED PRO WRESTLING ASSOCIATION) is another.. Those are both physical, entertainment events, but not SPORTS...

And I can see others saying driving a car in circles, or curvy streets is not a sport. Or shooting a gun.. many will say that is not a sport.
Is Pro Poker a sporting event (The International Poker Players Association )? How about Chess?.. IS Chess a sporting event (Professional Chess Association )?
