Wait a minute, rodeos are off limits per statutes? How so? Or is there another factor I'm missing?
PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboy Assoc.) If they are getting paid for their sport, then it's a professional sporting event.
Pre stated, Im not trying to be a smartelec...but I’ve been wondering… if “Professional Sporting Events” are off limits…. What is the statutory or legal definition of a Professional Sporting Event?
Is there a list of Pro Sporting Events in the TPC or ADMIN code? Or a definition of "sporting event" in the same?
There are many things people group together and get paid to do I would not consider a sport.. A Rodeo is one of them..

"Pro Wrestling" (UNITED PRO WRESTLING ASSOCIATION) is another.. Those are both physical, entertainment events, but not SPORTS...
And I can see others saying driving a car in circles, or curvy streets is not a sport. Or shooting a gun.. many will say that is not a sport.
Is Pro Poker a sporting event (The International Poker Players Association )? How about Chess?.. IS Chess a sporting event (Professional Chess Association )?
