In no particular order of venality and evil:There are others, and of course that list does not include the Kleptocrat in Chief. These people lie so much and with such suppleness and fluency, and without any apparent pangs of conscience at all, that I don't think they actually know most of the time what is true and what isn't. Their moral compasses are so far off gimbal that they probably actually believe their own lies. It's pathological.
