Every gun that I have seen do this (3 mine included) were due to the stock trigger being adjusted. If the you do not like the stock trigger replace it with a match trigger like a Jewel.

Mine first did it when I was shooting at a coyote....dang....saftey on....slip it off.....BOOM. I replaced the trigger with a jewel match grade trigger......no more problems.

I had a rifle that did it several times. It was consistant about it. If you pulled the trigger when the gun was on safe and then moved the safety to fire....it would just go off.....but only if you pulled the trigger when the gun was on safe.
