Don't feel bad... we're in the same boat. I emailed them yesterday and guess what... I got the same exact answer. Since I initially applied online, I already have a PIN so I asked again (in different words) and got back: "AT THIS TIME IT HAS NOT BEEN TYPED INTO THE COMPUTER SYSTEM. Please allow 2-3 weeks and check up on the status."ssenniug wrote: "Your application has not been entered into the system. It is likely going though the processes required before entry. When a completed application is entered you will be sent a confirmation letter with your PIN number."
I think she was yelling because she thought I was deaf, dumb, blind or just plain stupid.
My neighbor submitted his paperwork a day or two before me. He saw the status change yesterday to "Processing" so maybe we'll both see ours change in the next couple of days.
