The San Antonio Express news is blaming the 22 percent increase in the city's homicide rate on an increase in CHL holders !

Yes..I was at a bank yesterday. They teller asked for two forms of ID..I used my DL and CHL. Do it all the time..No biggie...

I really think the OP should not get a CHL...He has a lot of growing up to do. Doing 95 in a 40 is reckless and will kill innocent people. I think he is a troll.
