I carry the same revolver as Longtooth, Model 85 Taurus. My holster is a cheap nylon IWB holster that I bought at the Pasedena Gun Show about a month ago. Don't know what brand it is. The only tag I can find on it says, "Hecho en Mexico." It's a comfortable holster, but I have to wear a t-...

I don't know if this is off topic or not, but I have been wondering how those DA's from Dallas and Harris Counties are being allowed to get away with that? Don't they have someone that is their boss? I have gotten several emails from the TSRA on this issue, but no one has said how to stop these rog...

I just returned home last Sunday from Baylor-All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth. I only found one non-compliant gun buster sign on the entrance in the covered walkway from the parking garage. I checked the other entrances and found no signs at all. I ignored the gun buster sign.

I voted both. I've had my CHL less than a year and only recently started carrying regularly. I've been carrying a Taurus M85 .38 Spl. as I thought my S&W M&P40 was too big. I just finished wearing the M&P40 for three days and found it comfortable and easily concealed if I dress around it...

I just recently returned from a trip to Fort Worth. While I was there, I wore my S&W M&P40 for three days. It was the first time that I have wore it concealed. I wore it in a cheap Uncle Mike's Sidekick size 15 IWB holster in the 3:30 position on my right side. I surprised how easy it was to...

I grew up in Northeast Texas (Fannin County) and used to wear those blue & white striped bib overalls all the time when I was younger. Everyone in that area called them "Duckins" instead of overalls. I just recently started wearing overalls again, because they are comfortable when you ...

T's Guns & Ammo, on Palmer Highway in Texas City, also offers layaway. I've bought three guns from them through layaway. Layaway is a good deal to me, because if I try to save the money, I will spend it!

My National Match M1A loves South African 7.62mm NATO. I usually average 3" groups at 100 yards with open sights. It would probably shoot smaller groups with a scope mounted. I buy the South African 7.62 NATO at Military Gun Supply in Fort Worth for $32.00 a battle pack (140 rounds). As another...

I have owned one for a couple of years now and am very happy with it. It is accurate and well made. I carried 1911s for 23 years in the military and this one is as good as any I carried then. High Velocity, you probably had one of the early ones. When they first came out there were some problems wit...
