Yeah. I've had this allergy since early 90's. I'm just glad it is a comparatively mild allergy. Still, if I have too much in too short a timespan... well, let's just say it doesn't stay with me long enough to get much nutritional value from it. The up side is, having had the allergy this long, I've gotten a decent feel for what not to eat or to eat in small amounts. And if I don't know the food, I don't eat. How much soy is in their prepared foods? I've heard about them and on rare occasion thought I might give them a try, but my biggest concern is soy is SO common, I'm afraid I would have a problem with their products. (I'm allergic to soy.)RockingRook wrote:The best diet I found was NutriSystem.
