I love 1911s....love them and have a couple of my own that I'll never get rid of, and will probably acquire more. FWIW, I'm 6'2 and pretty large...I see nothing "girly" about the P238. Smaller caliber, sure, but it shoots like a dream and is quite accurate. It goes in thin hiking shorts, jean pockets, wool slacks, etc. Even when I'm carrying something else, the P238 is still with me in one of my pockets.
