I "appendix" carry on the right hand side. It is IWB, and with my normal attire (jeans and such), it is not too terrible. I believe it has a reverse cant. Jason keeps telling me that carrying a gun will never be comfortable, only comforting, so I am slowly getting used to it. The good people at CompTac were very helpful when he was trying to explain what I wanted and what was comfortable for me.
