SOLD: Ruger AR-556 FTF Houston Area 500.00
Ruger AR-556 with Black Magpul MOE furniture and upgraded rear iron sight. It also has a cheap BSA flashlight mounted to it. I don't believe I have ever fired it, but if I did it was less than 10 rounds. I am the original owner so I know the rifle has less than 10 rounds through it. Would like to se...

Re: Comp-Tac
+1 for Comp-Tac holsters for comfort and durability. I have used the same holster every day for the past 7 years. still in perfect working order. I have used it with multiple guns. seems like every time I get a new carry gun, it is almost the same size as the last one, so with a little persuasion fr...

Re: New Toy and Help needed
have you checked the simple things like making sure the rings and bases are mounted in the right spot? if one is taller than the other, is the taller one in back? or did they mount them in backwards? if they are designed with compensation built in for long range shooting then its possible. it is har...

Re: Rifle Dies
Interesting about the depriming. The more I read, the more people I see that deprime and resize and then measure. Since I have a progressive and no other presses, I guess I could run brass through the deprime and then through the resizing. Thanks guys for all the help and guidence. What did we ever...

Put wax on fingers and on each neck apply very little as loaded 4. Place brass on carrier a. deprime b. prime c. powder d. bullet e. crimp 5. Check length 6. ...

Re: A few questions
I cant help with the sticking, but I do know that you shouldnt reuse the powder. each powder is different with different burn rates and would be a shot in the dark (no pun intended) on getting the correct load data to keep from possible injury if you load it too hot. if you are loading for accuracy,...

Re: Reloading supplies are scarce at the wholesalers
Well, most of my initial kit to get started should be here on Monday. Found .44 mag dies (RCBS set) today while out at lunch. Picked up a box of .430 240gr bullets the other day that was the only box avail in one of my 'starter' calibers. Only items that will still be outstanding for me to get star...
