Re: croosbreed VS. Comp-Tac

I have had a Crossbreed for about 3 months, and have just recently received my first Comp-Tac Minataur.

Pro for Comp-Tac - the hardware is covered by leather on the back, so no bare metal of the fasteners that hold the Kydex or Clips on touch the skin.
- the Crossbreed does not have that, but the metal fasteners are not a real issue, just a comment that I think Comp-Tac saw a possible issue and covered it

Pro for Comp-Tac - once you have the leather part of the holster, if you get a new gun, you can order just the Kydex for a smaller cost that the full holster and interchange the Kydex
- with Crossbreed, a new weapon = a full new holster at $80 (if you want Horsehide)

Pro for Comp-Tac - 2 weeks from order to delivery
- Crossbreed was 4 weeks

Pro for Crossbreed - the leather portion covers the belt clips completely.
- Comp-Tac - the belt clips rub my side as the leather does not cover it. It is very irritating.
- once I got used to wearing a holster, I did not need an undershirt with my Crossbreed, but do with the Comp-Tac

As I said, i have only had the Comp-Tac for a short time, so others may have more comments to share
