I don't remember seeing a rule on needing English and Spanish, and would assume that if I saw a license in Red (or Blue) and I understood it, I would follow it.

No, I am not defending a double standard, as if I saw a 30.06 in English only, I would ignore it, but only because the statute says it must be in both, with the various other stipulations.
