I don't think those malt drinks contain alcohol, but the non-alcoholic beers actually do. O'Douls for instance is 0.4% compared to a light beer at approximately 4%, so you have a 10 to one ratio. In this case, if you drank 20 O'Douls in an hour you could potentially be intoxicated, but they would probably have to arrest you in the bathroom. I don't know how true this is but I remember reading 10 or so years ago that a slice of bread contains more alcohol than a non-alcoholic beer. It could have been an advertisement for a non-alcoholic beer (don't remember) for all I know but I do remember reading it.
