I will be volunteering some time along with others in may family. I have talked to the person involved with getting this event done and she said she needs around 450 people over the event to volunteer to make this happen. You need to be current with your NRA membership to volunteer.
I am in for helping, but also feel I need to be part of this event given the current environment. I am personally taking time off from work to help facilitate this event and will happily donate that time to support what the NRA is promoting.
If there is something anyone needs to attend, I will offer up any help I am capable to deliver.

Plans to attend NRA Annual Meeting in Houston??
The 2013 NRA Annual Meeting & Exhibits are going to be held this year in Houston at the George R Brown convention center on May 3-6th. NRA membership gets you into the exhibit hall for free. It is the second largest manufacturer show next to the "shot show" in Vegas.
I plan on volunteering one day and attending another. Anyone else planning on attending?
Oh, and on the web site it clearly states "Concealed Carry is permitted in the George R. Brown Convention Center."
