Shooting Range protection with SB766
I got an email from the TSRA regarding a bill that would add protections to shooting ranges. Details are here.
My understanding is that there is added protection against lawsuits for existing ranges but future ranges may have to comply with stricter guidelines.
Is this a positive bill? Sure looks like it if you are interested in not having anymore ranges closed down due to lawsuits.
