Seems to me that firearms are the most dangerous when they are being "cleaned". If people would stop "cleaning" their guns the number of ND's would drop significantly! :roll:
cleaning is synonymous with "messing around with"... anybody who cares enough to clean their weapon wouldn't be that much of a bonehead.
