Yes. That would be my advice. I hear DPS doesn't like if they think you're not telling the whole truth, and I believe it's grounds for denial, in and of itself. Ideally, you would get a letter from the department saying they have no record of that arrest, and include it with your paperwork.s3v3n50 wrote:Okay, here is the scenario.
