Amazingly enough, I, and many of our fellow forum members, would come to the same conclusion as this court justice, despite any professional legal training or experience. I find it exceptionally disturbing that an American judge would basically give "Carte blanche" to ANY government agency to unlawfully enter the home of a citizen."In my view the majority sweeps with far too broad a brush by essentially telling Indiana citizens that government agents may now enter their homes illegally -- that is, without the necessity of a warrant, consent or exigent circumstances," Rucker said. "I disagree."
NOT a good day for the citizens of Indiana.
