As far as I am concerned the fifth amendment and due process is a firewall against the left, the nanny state and what they want to do to our second amendment.

If you have ever met a hard core anti gunner they really think gun ownership and gun owners should be criminalized. This is evident by terms like "gun toter", "gun nut" etc.
