truefullly I have both a gen 2 19 and a gen 3 26. The 26 handles better has basicly the same felt recoil and oddly enugh more accurate for me . also the 26 doesnt poke me in the rib cage. Teh only thing that requires any getting used to is shooting with a pinky under the mag. That also has never been an issue for me, but a have seen a number of people complain about it.
I like my 26 enugh that im thinking about trading my 19 off for something else.... but for now its got nightstand duty.
