I thought they could only reject your prints once? From what I've heard if the second set of prints are no good they just do a more detailed background check. In checking with DPS, background check was completed and license sent for printing 08/09/10. Received email on 08/10/10 from L-1 that second fingerprints were rejected. How can DPS complete background check and send license for printing before fingerprints come back rejected a second time? Well, license has not been printed yet. 43 days and counting. Just hope the 3rd set of prints are accepted.
