Such sign placement meant not hold up in court if someone inadvertantly walked in carrying and for some reason was caught.

My biggest concern with hospitals is that if a CHLer were to go into the emergancy injured and in pain they might not notice the sign no mater how well posted it is,

Many people going through the emergency room doors aren't thinking in the clearest most coherent manor.

However, I cant believe the Bedford PD spokesman. Where did he get his education from? He's a PD spokesman for crying out loud. How can he make such a horrendously incorrect statement. Sheesh

The stories are conflicting, and dynamic. someone is changing stories. Its not good enough to claim she got verbal notice, they have to have proof.

If I were to bet, It would be that this thing gets quietly dropped. I hope if it goes to court she eventually sues the cop the department and DA. They should know better. sounds to me like there is a DA that needs to be Chuckied.
