I took sandpaper to my Ruger to get a strip to stick to the front of the grip. The P95 wasn't meant to be pretty.The trip has been there for about a year now. The main advantage of the tape for me isn't in the shooting, but in drawing out of the holster. Made a big difference [abbreviated profanity deleted] me.

I put the Acadamy skateboard tape on my Ruger P95. 2 strips one front and one back. The problem is there is a bit of curve and the tape had a tendency to peel up. A little bit of heat supplied by a halogen desk lamp warmed the tape and plastic grip and it hasn't curled up since.
I put it on to improve the grip when I have slippery sweaty hands. How ever it turns out I really like the positive grip it gives me even with dry hands. It sorta grips me back.
