I called the 800 number and talked with a young lady (after going through several prompts) .. she told me that what I had to do now was find a class and take the refresher course..

No new fingerprints needed.. No new picture needed (unless I had drastically changed) ..

the CHL 100, I'll get from the class.. they won't send you anything..

Thats what it sounds like to me. The CheckList only mentions sending itself and the CHL100. I am a little confused on just how I am to handle my refugee status of 9 months. I guess I never really abandoned my real home and was working on it most days, maybe I can still consider my legal address for that period. I don't see where I have an opportunity to otherwise to clarify it.

I'm a little concerned about the new system.
I filled out the personal information, most of it stayed the same.. But I lived away from my home for about 9 months because of Hurricane Ike, I wasn't allowed to back up and I never saw a place in the online application to address the issue.
