While I believe that it may be the intent, Delaying the election may well have the opposite resuls. IMO this is a good thing, gives the non-incumbent candidates more time to get their name out there, and spread their message.) And the title of this thread should be "Will Texas have a U.S. Senate race in 2012?" As the Caller story says, the redistricting disputes, and therefore the dates for any elections, still aren't settled.

I've heard them here in the Houston Market, each claiming they are more conservative than the other. Dewhurst has more television. I think Cruz has been more on the radio.
