Arrested and put in shackles in front of his family for entering the Capitol to find a restroom with his 73 year old dad. Dad a vet arrested too. Door he entered was held open by Capitol police. Asked where the bathroom was and he was given directions. Violence he saw later in on TV was over by the time he reached the Capitol. Found guilty by a biased Washington DC jury who all work for the government and hate Trump.

The State protects itself, but not it’s citizens.
Yet, had these supposed insurrectionists inflicted these same actions against an ordinary private individual, there's a good chance the perpetrators would not even be arrested, let alone given years of prison time.
...Meanwhile, progressives and social democrats are looking for ways to reduce criminal penalties against violent criminals. Police departments often devote only tiny portions of their budgets to homicide investigations, and if your property is stolen, odds are good you can forget about ever seeing it again.
...During urban riots, such as those which occurred in Ferguson, Missouri and Minneapolis, Minnesota, the police went to great lengths to protect themselves and government property. If you were just a private shopkeeper or ordinary citizen, however, you were on your own. At the Uvalde School shooting in 2022, hundreds of law enforcement officers from all levels of government chose to protect themselves rather than the children who were being murdered inside. When Uvalde parents demanded the police act, the police attacked the parents.

Interesting. Now where is Ray Epps conviction? While Rhodes was the boss, videos clearly show Epps was the tip of the spear.philip964 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 30, 2022 3:11 pm https://www.reuters.com/legal/us-jury-r ... 022-11-29/

To me that suggests Pelosi is the one who organized the event at the capitol.philip964 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 28, 2022 5:35 pm It was reiterated on the radio today with audio from those involved in the meeting. Trump ordered 22,000 national guard troops into the Capitol a week before Jan 6, to protect his attendees from harm.
The Mayor of Washington DC and Pelosi who is in charge of protecting the Capitol would not allow the troops into the City or Capitol.
Trump could only do so much.

I don't think their propaganda campaign is going all that well:
Almost half of U.S. voters think FBI acting as Biden's personal 'Gestapo'

Republicans were much more likely to agree with the characterization, with 64% saying the FBI acts as Biden’s “personal gestapo” compared to only 30% of Democrats.

Comparing Jan 6, George Floyd, And 2017 Inauguration Riots
The FBI appears to have had a key role. Defund the FBI.Highlights:
The summer 2020 riots resulted in some 15 times more injured police officers, 23 times as many arrests, and estimated damages in dollar terms up to 1,300 times more costly than those of the Capitol riot.
Authorities have pursued the largely Trump-supporting Capitol rioters with substantially more vigor than suspected wrongdoers in the earlier two cases, and prosecutors and judges alike have weighed Capitol riot defendants’ political views in adjudicating their cases.
Dozens of accused Capitol rioters have been held in pretrial detention for months, where they have allegedly been mistreated.
In the summer 2020 riots, the vast majority of charges were dismissed, as they were in the Inauguration 2017 unrest. Prosecutors have dropped a single Capitol riot case.

USA Today fact checks the false narratives of the Jan 6 insurrection.
So in your title you call them false and call them an insurrection are you showing tour hand before you start?

...to anyone who has closely followed the hyperpartisan activity of the FBI over the past several years, the article reads more like a confession, confirming deep suspicions that the FBI played an instrumental role in prompting the events of that day rather than act as a legitimate police force helping to keep lawmakers and American citizens safe.
