Just a guess, but much Wolf is steel-cased, and Blazer is aluminum-cased.
If they sweep up the spent brass and sell it to a commercial reloader, they don't want non-reloadable cases mixed in with the brass ones.

I did my last renewal at Top Gun and it went fine - instructor was good - but they made us buy "no-lead" ammo there; regular white box Winchester was not "clean" enough, let alone reloads.
The place has changed hands since then and I don't know the new owners. Got a postcard from them - might need to stop by if I ever get into the city again.
