From what I've seen, we should have plastic in hand in a week or so. We'll be among the faster turnaround times. I think it got slow for DPS as there will be a rush in September with the new rules kicking in. We probably picked a good time.

Great point on the turnaround attributed to the new rules coming up this Sept. All I care is we're getting it faster...

07/29/13 - Fingerprints
07/30/13 - Mailed documents (regular mail )
08/07/13 - Application received, Pnding Citizenship certificate, Background check under review.
08/10/13 - Emailed copy of citizenship cert.
08/14/13 - Manufacturing pending.

Seems like today is good day for a lot of folks here. Big to everyone with a "Manufacturing pending" status today.
