Help me answer one more question when applying.
Hi, I took my chl class today after I research all my grounds that I am eligible. Thank Again Mr. Cotton for answering most of post! I just got one more. Well, this week I am going to the County Clerk to get my certified copies off all my dispostions to send to DPS. I know you already answered, that I am eligible, because I was a juvenile when I got a burgulary of habitation, but I was a deliquent, and it was deferred, and also I "was not" certified as an adult, and it happen 12 years ago.
Okay, here is the scenario. When I go to juvenile department for that certified copy, and if they can't provide the document, do I still put it on my application that I got charged. I already know that I would if they did provide the paperwork. I am just saying "What if" its not there, do I need to put it on the paper work to the DPS. I just want to get this paperwork rolling and not get my application returned, because of missing paperwork or wrong.
Thanks for the read and hope to hear a reply soon.
