Dallas convention center this weekend - Europa show

They are holding a professional body building show among other things. I'm assuming that would make it off limits for CHL?
What do you think?

Bumping this up again. I plan to go sunday and would love to hear from someone who went Saturday and got in with CHL. The website has the 30.06 wording as usual.

Re: Gexa Energy Pavilion
I was there tonight. No problems. Their "security" inspects bags, blankets, etc., but no metal detectors - not that it would matter legally. They did look for pocket knives, so make sure to put it in your pocket as opposed to clipped on your belt. Did they not allow blankets? How did they...

I see possible liability issues when the first idiot pulls out a loaded gun and accidentally puts a bullet through someone.

Re: Flying to Denver. Driving back with CHL.
Every modern gun magazine has a removable base plate. It's how they assemble them together. What issue does the law has with removable base plates? That's not quite accurate. For example, Kimber standard mags have fixed base plates. And that's just one modern manufacturer. The issue is that the new...

Re: Flying to Denver. Driving back with CHL.
Seems like they tried to ban all magazines with removable base plates but backed out of it. As I stated before, it's stupid since almost all hand gun magazines manufactured today have a removable base plate as part of their design. http://www.denverpost.com/ci_23644017/colorado-gun-lawsuit-both-side...
