I am a big believer that every traffic stop is an implicit negotiation. Someone is getting a ticket today, but I certainly do not need to insist on being the lucky person so awarded. Life is replete with choices.

Ah come on, you know that I and everyone who reads this thread are going to be wondering what kind of traffic offense causes 25-30 vehicles to be pulled over simultaneously. :drool:
