I disagree with your premise as well. Comparing concealed carry to passing gas in public is a telling analogy, as they simply aren't even comparable. I put my gun on the in the morning at the same time I am putting my wallet, keys, pocket knife, and cell phone in my pockets. My concealed carry handgun has as much external impact on anybody as the fact I have those other items in my pocket. I consider what is in my pockets to be nobody's business.
