Oh I do that even if I'm just shooting my .22s. If I'm ever in danger and need to shoot something I'll gladly trade a bit of hearing for my life, but hearing loss is a serious problem.lkd wrote:Best thing to do is use foam inserts PLUS over the ear protectors.
