I'm going to miss my goal by, well, a lot. Hopefully I'll get this self-discipline thing figured out soon and can get on with the weight loss.
Grats, Carlson, seriously. Do you know about how many calories of fruit you're eating a day? I don't know that I could completely switch to your diet, but I do love me some fruit. 3dfxMM's doesn't sound too bad either, but I'd probably end up mixing them which would likely defeat to purpose (unless they're both really based on calorie management).

Seriously, I wish nutritionist would make up their minds... This constantly changing list of what's healthy and what's not just makes me want pizza and ice cream, because they taste great and are bound to end up on the "healthy" list at some point anyway.
Edit: It's hard to argue with results, though.

Ouch... that's fast becoming almost as bad as being allergic to gluten. It's the new "wonder food", and from what I can tell, awareness of soy allergies hasn't risen proportionally with soy's popularity.LikesShinyThings wrote:How much soy is in their prepared foods? Last year I managed to lose a little weight, but my biggest achievement was not gaining back all the weight I lost in 2010. Hopefully in 2012 I'll continue the downward trend that kinda stalled last year.
