pfj probably stands for the People's Front of Judea
PFJ was pretty easy but Olaf might be a little more tricky

I work in theatre...the tiara would certainly not turn any heads but might well send an entirely different message

If it chafes I will have to have wardrobe adjust it. They should have my sash ready tomorrow...I hope I haven't gained any weight or they'll get mad and call me a cow :mad5

Its actually supposed to be olaf_pfj but I got tired of typing the underscore when logging in. Its my old online gaming handle from college. Its a combination of monty python references. You'll have to guess what they are

First trip out

Don't have time for a full blown wally walk yet but I managed to squeeze in a quick grocery run last night. The only suitable carry piece I have currently is a charter arms undercover with a 3" barrel. Its an older one from the early 80's. I'm using a really cheap bianchi generic suede holster which works well with this gun.

Being from California the first problem was getting over the "you're committing a felony" feeling. I got a little bit of an adrenaline rush getting out of the car. It was real hard to resist tugging at my shirt tail constantly to make sure it was down and that I wasn't exposed. My shirt was a little light and I wouldn't have noticed if it rode up. I have a leatherman and flashlight on my belt and those provided pretty good decoys as you would see those items OWB long before the gun IWB. At one point while I was getting milk another lady got confused and started loading her things into my cart  We laughed a little about the mixup and she was real friendly. I, of course, am thoroughly nervous but I think I kept my composure very well. I need to work on not looking so stiff because I'm trying not to bend over. I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Coming from a state where the mere mention of the word "gun" can cause hysterical panty soiling to Texas where I can now legally carry one will still take some getting used to. Guess I'm just going to have to carry alot and get over it
