You mean MY old range. :mrgreen: That was my home range before I moved to Texas. The best part was being able to shoot long range just 20 minutes from my house. Plus, there was the Desert Marksmen 1,000 yard range off of the Angeles Forest Highway. Heck of a thing when you have to choose between a 700 yard range 20 minutes away, or a 1,000 yard range 40 minutes away. I was genuinely surprised that ranges like that weren't more common when I moved to Texas.
You and me both...I am still shocked and dismayed that the best range that I've ever been too was in Kalifornia. You've been there so you can vouch...Angeles Crest rocks. I would always go on Thursday morning for the $4 special!!! The SWAT team NEVER showed up at 1pm...it was too good to be true.

I took a tactical pistol class from Bruce Krell there. He is on the board of directors and man did I have an awesome (but exhausting and brutal) time in that class.
