Not most of them.

Fed. min. wage is $7.25, most WM employees start above that and average $10+ after a few years even if they don't promote.

Because a Concealed Handgun License doesn't let you drive.
Doesn't matter if you're driving, doesn't matter if you can't drive at all, you still have to carry ID or DL with your CHL plastic if you're carrying.

If a chl is valid ID, why do we have to carry a DL or ID with the CHL?

I bet the lawyers made that policy, because DPS says a CHL is not a state ID. Or any manager who called DPS to ask, and was told no.
