In addition to the drunks, I would like to see the cops arrest people driving without licenses and insurance. That's a big problem in the Houston area.

Maybe there weren't officers available sooner because they were busy at checkpoints.

If you have nothing to hide, why should police need a warrant before searching your house?reality99 wrote:I don't understand why people are so defensive about talking to an officer. A search can be authorized with a warrant but you still have the right to not be forced to incriminate yourself, and a simple reading of the fifth amendment shows it doesn't limit the scope to speech.
