Re: Non-Compliant 30.06 signs

Day 1 my mind is on my son, but as I am walking in, I know I should look for a 30.06 sign for future sake cause will be making follow up appoints over the next 3 months.
- I never saw a sign, I was looking too. I went through multiple doors and entrances once we got in our room, and never could find one.

Day 2
- I see them now... on most of the Automatic doors on a clear sticker, very small, very hard to notice... its the correct verbiage... I will get a couple of pictures today. But these signs are not compliant with the size requirements nor are they in contrasting colors.

So basically when you get a non-compliant sign, do you guys ignore, or since the verbiage is updated would you follow it or would you treat it like the Grapevine Mills?
I am not 100% uptodate with all the nuances of the current Texas laws but doesn't Sec. 46.035(b)A license holder commits an offense if the license holder intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly carries a handgun under the authority of Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code, regardless of whether the handgun is concealed, on or about the license holder's person:
(4) on the premises of a hospital licensed under Chapter 241, Health and Safety Code, or on the premises of a nursing home licensed under Chapter 242, Health and Safety Code, unless the license holder has written authorization of the hospital or nursing home administration, as appropriate;
Make a bad 30.06 sign a moot point? :smash:
