I don't do business with stores that search their customers on the way out, because I believe that it is just one more way Americans are being desensitized into giving up their 4th amendment rights.

Here in Houston, I have quit doing business with CompUSA, Best Buy, and Frys.

I see absolutely no benefit to me, in complying with the "Theft Checker" at the door.

How do I tell my children not to allow "Officer Friendly" to search their car at a traffic stop, if they see me routinely allow my papers and my property to be searched without probable cause or a warrant by "Theft Checkers" at stores.
