I think I could hide my EBR in my scrubs ;-) :biggrinjester: HOWEVER, you can't use a traditional belt/holster and the belly band gets hot, but it hides a multitude of lumps and bumps.

Is your parking lot posted? Is it in your employee manual? Otherwise the parking lot should be fine.

I wear my holster all day, no policy against the holster. Makes the transition easier.
